Adult Mobile Crisis Clinical Supervisor, No. 156

Community Services Northwest (CSNW), a non-profit provider of community mental health, addiction, and housing services is seeking a full time individual to supervise an Adult Mobile Crisis Intervention (AMCI) team.  The AMCI provides community based mobile crisis services for adults with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or adults experiencing an acute mental health crisis.  This position provides leadership and oversight to the AMCI team.  The Clinical Supervisor is directly responsible for supervising and training of staff and will supervise the operation of a 24/7 call line for the adult mobile crisis program as well as 7 days a week of mobile crisis response teams.

  • Has a history of working with and including families and natural supports in the treatment planning process
  • Ability to be on call 24/7 as needed for programmatic support
  • Detail oriented, organized
  • Clear understanding of the characteristics and problems of adult Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and acute mental health concerns
  • Ability to plan, supervise and evaluate the work of a team of professional staff members.
  • Experience with electronic health records


  • Minimum of two years post graduate clinical supervision experience
  • Knowledge of community resources (medical, benefits, supportive housing, etc.)
  • Experience and knowledge of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
  • Experience working with stakeholders and community partners

Must Have:

  • Computer proficiency (in Microsoft Windows environment)
  • Valid Washington State Dept. of Health License/credential
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field and Mental Health Professional (MHP) status per Washington State law.
  • Must be able to obtain Clark County Jail clearance
  • Must have access to a car, have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Must authorize CSNW to obtain current driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles (and annually thereafter) to determine driving eligibility. Driving record must meet CSNW’s vehicle insurance carrier’s minimum standards related to driving.
  • CSNW’s vehicle insurance carrier may require applicants to purchase additional minimum liability coverage related to driving.
